Recently this year we were delighted to welcome back Community Campaigner David Barton on a guided tour of Hartley Avenue this time showing him the restorative works being undertaken by the undisclosed third party investor that are being actively pursued regarding the Factory/ Commercial Complex comprising Hartley Avenue. Having been able to observe firsthand the extensive works undertaken on the signature Chimney, David is keen to impress upon people the importance of working positively and constructively with all key stakeholders as this has been key in securing investment at such a critical conjecture in the AHV Journey and may be paramount to protecting other built heritage across Aintree and beyond. Whilst discussions are progressing- Chair Mr. Stephen Lancaster-Frankland is pleased to note that David has already brought new additional contacts including Online Marketer - Mr. Daniel Kirk of Kirk Media Works to support the key stakeholders here and also across the Residential Complex and we are hoping to see more of both of these gentlemen moving forwards.

Earlier this year we were delighted to welcome Community Campaigner David Barton on a guided tour of Hartley Avenue showing him the adjunct matters that we are pursuing regarding the Residential Complex comprising Hartley Avenue. This follows the successful news that an undisclosed third party investor shall be restoring the Factory Complex which has recently included the impressive towering signature Chimney that forms our Group Emblem. Whilst discussions are provisional at this stage - Chair Mr. Stephen Lancaster-Frankland is pleased to note that David has already begun making enquiries on our behalf to progress matters and we are hoping to invite him back in the near future following his ongoing support for AHV including his positive and constructive outlook on delivering for everyone.
